I Am Human

Website Rules

Website Rules

These Website Rules are the operational community rules under the Website Terms of Service. They cover registration, accounts, posts, comments, likes, friends, messages, reports, and appeals. They protect human-led expression without presenting technology, Human ID, or a pledge as absolute proof of a human or AI-free content.

Effective date: August 10, 2026

1. Scope and document hierarchy

Use of the IAMHUMAN community is also governed by the Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, these Rules, and the Human Commitment. Mandatory law prevails; a lawful, more specific rule controls the same subject.

2. Eligibility and minors

The service is not directed to children under 14. Users aged 14–17 should use it only after a guardian has reviewed and agreed to the relevant documents. Do not misstate age or bypass protections. Reports and privacy requests involving minors receive priority.

3. Accounts and Human ID

Registration requires a valid Human ID and private holder verification, and one Human ID may bind only one account. Human ID is not an identity document, government online identity, real-name check, reliable electronic signature, credit record, or permanent human proof. Registration separately accepts these Rules and makes the Human Commitment, then manually enters the localized phrase; disabling paste is only an interaction requirement, while server validation is the boundary. This is not a CAPTCHA or signature service.

4. Human participation and the AI boundary

Bot accounts, bulk or unattended actions, AI-agent participation, and presenting generative-AI output or material rewrites in text, images, audio, or video as personal expression are prohibited. Screen readers, switch control, input methods, ordinary spellcheck, and faithful transcription of the user's own words are allowed. The platform does not infer origin from a pledge or AI detector alone.

5. Content, interactions, and user rights

Unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, harassment, cyberbullying, hate, threats, self-harm encouragement, sexual or child-exploitation content, spam, manipulation, infringement, and personal-data disclosure are prohibited. Users retain rights in original content and grant only a limited, non-exclusive service licence; the current service does not sell messages or train generative AI on community content.

6. Public content, friends, messages, and privacy

Posts, comments, names, and interaction status are visible to signed-in members. Messages are friend-only but stored in plaintext on the server and are not end-to-end encrypted; do not send highly sensitive data. See the Privacy Policy for processing, overseas storage, retention, deletion, and other rights.

7. Reports, evidence, and urgent risk

Use the report control or contact email for impersonation, privacy exposure, cyberbullying, and other risks, identifying the target, reason, and evidence where possible. Matters involving minors, danger, spreading private data, or suspected crime are prioritized; for immediate danger also contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

8. Enforcement, appeal, updates, and contact

The operator may apply warnings, restrictions, removal, suspension, or closure proportionately to evidence; urgent protection may come first and principal reasons are given where practicable. Users may appeal by contact email, and a pledge or automated assessment cannot alone determine a penalty. Material changes require renewed explicit confirmation, not deemed consent from continued use. The details below serve reports, appeals, privacy rights, minor protection, and disputes.
