Adults only
IAMHUMAN account registration and community participation are limited to people aged 18 or older. The service is not designed for children and does not permit a user to evade this eligibility rule.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not create, upload, request, store, link to, distribute, promote or facilitate CSAE or CSAM, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking, or attempts to move a child into unsafe contact. Computer-generated or altered material is covered when it depicts child sexual abuse.
How to report
Use the in-app report control and select Child safety or CSAM. For accounts, messages, or evidence that cannot be reported from a post, email the child-safety contact with usernames, Human IDs, URLs, timestamps and a factual description.
Do not download, copy, attach or retransmit suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
Response and enforcement
Child-safety and CSAM post reports are placed in global quarantine immediately while review begins. We preserve access-controlled evidence, investigate, remove prohibited material, restrict or terminate accounts, and take additional protective action appropriate to the risk and applicable law.
A received report is only an intake receipt. Triaged means assessed for handling; actioned means an enforcement action was recorded; dismissed means the report did not result in action. None of these labels should be read as a court or law-enforcement finding.
Legal escalation
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we act under these standards and applicable law, including reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority where required, preserving evidence lawfully, and responding to valid legal requests.
Appeals
A user affected by a moderation action may use the appeal control in the moderation notice once. The appeal record shows pending, upheld or overturned. Urgent protective action may remain in place while an appeal is reviewed. If the in-product path is unavailable, contact us by email.
